Project Description
Morvarid Persian Gas Condensate Refinery with a capacity 120,000 BPD is based on condensate from South Pars. The main and final target of the project is to produce having Euro five specifications, added value, avoid raw material export and hence make available employment opportunities.
The feed to the refinery is either through pipeline from Assaluye or as an alternate by ship and the water is by water intake facilities from Persian Gulf.
Products are stored in storage tanks and exported thru jetties. Total storage capacity is 2.3 million barrel. The main standard and specifications for design of the refinery is based on National Oil Engineering and construction Company having environmental requirements as main concern.
